A. From Downtown Phoenix, heading North on Interstate 17*:
Take EXIT 214 toward YORKSHIRE DR / UNION HILLS DR.
Take EXIT 214B on the LEFT toward YORKSHIRE DR.
Stay STRAIGHT to go onto N BLACK CANYON HWY.
Turn RIGHT onto W UTOPIA RD.
B. From far north Phoenix/Anthem, heading South on Interstate 17*:
Take the YORKSHIRE DR exit - EXIT 214 - toward UNION HILLS DR.
Turn LEFT onto W UTOPIA RD / W YORKSHIRE DR.
C. From Scottsdale, heading West on Loop 101:
Take the 19TH AVE exit - EXIT 24.
Stay STRAIGHT to go onto W BEARDSLEY RD.
Turn LEFT onto N 23RD AVE.
Turn RIGHT onto W UTOPIA RD.
D. From Glendale/Peoria, heading East on Loop 101:
Take the 35TH AVE exit – EXIT 22.
Turn SOUTH onto N 35TH AVE.
Turn LEFT onto W YORKSHIRE DR.
Stay STRAIGHT over Interstate 17 – Yorkshire Dr turns into UTOPIA RD.
* 1-17 is experiencing construction from approximately June 08 to March 09. The Utopia exit may be closed. Please see the ADOT site for current road closure information: azdot.gov
